School Mission Statement
The mission statement of Behind The Wheel Driving School is to explain our core values and more importantly what customers can expect in both the service and quality of our driving tuition.
Behind The Wheel Driving School will endeavour to:
- ensure the car is wiped down as recommended both before and after each lesson.
- distinguish ourselves from competitors by providing excellent and unrivalled driving tuition and customer service
- respond to all customer calls between 08.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Sunday
- arrive at the driving lesson on time. Where this is not possible the lesson can be extended or offered at a reduced price
- offer the learner a two way interactive recap of any previous driving and maintain a client centred approach encouraging responsibility throughout the training
- use the two way recap to assist the learner identify their driving needs in order to set an agreed goal/s to aim to achieve during the lesson. The customer should fully understand as to what the purpose of the lesson is and how achieving it will make them a safer driver
- teach in a respectful and non-confrontational manner
- give regular feedback and encouragement linked to specific areas of development
- interactively summarise during, and at the end of the session with the learner so that they are fully aware of areas for development and whether their driving lesson goal was achieved
- reply to text messages and calls from customers as soon as possible and at the very least the same day
- keep tuition vehicle’s in a reasonably clean and tidy condition that reflects the branding and professional image of Behind The Wheel Driving School
- ensure that personal hygiene is of the highest order including body odour and bad breath etc
